Pawsh Pups was founded in 2019 by Jess Morales, a Las Vegas vet tech who kept meeting anxious pets who dreaded their groomer. She left her clinic job, got certified, and opened a salon built on one belief: grooming should never be scary.

Fear-Free is a real certification (not just a marketing phrase) that trains professionals to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress in pets. In practice for us, that means:
