How long does a groom take?
Most grooms take 2–3 hours from bath to bow. We keep it calm and unrushed — no assembly-line grooming here.
Do you handle anxious or senior pets?
Absolutely. Every groomer is Fear-Free certified, and we take extra breaks and use gentle handling for nervous or older pets. Mobile grooming is also a great option for anxiety.
Cats too?
Yes! We groom cats by appointment with a dedicated calm room. Lion cuts, sanitary trims, nail caps — all in a cage-free setting.
What if I'm not happy with the cut?
Come back within 7 days and we'll adjust it, no charge. Your happiness (and your pup's) is the whole point.
